This recipe was super simple! It's one of those I would pass on to anyone thinking of the vegan lifestyle choice. I would say this one was recipe inspired! As with a lot of my "tries", I don't always have exotic ingredients like tofu ( I ate it all already). So this one was just out of my head and I basically followed the technique to cook more than the recipe.
Rated: Easy and delicious!
My potstickers were simply onion, bell peppers, asparagus, and romaine lettuce all diced.

Extra Tidbits: Make sure you get a crisp on the bottom of your potsticker before steaming. This will help them not to stick...to...your pot.
