Baked Black Bean Pasta

Tofu Cream Sauce
-pan fry the onions and tofu
-season to taste (grill season, garlic powder, salt, powdered thyme, Vegan Bac'n Bits)
-add a little water to get the flavors to absorb
- add to blender with a dollop of Vegenaise Mayo, olive oil and water

Fusili pasta
- par boil the pasta to just al dente
-drain and add black beans and a little curry powder and salt
- then mix in the tofu cream sauce


Sesame Seeds
-sprinkle on top before popping in the oven

Olive Oil
- add to the top top of pasta 

Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes
