Rated by Me: This cheese reminds me of the stinky fancy cheese rich people eat. The smell is powerful but once spread on bread or even added on top of pasta it mellows out and is so delicious.
I imagine it would be great as some sort of bruschetta - toasted bread, vegan cheese spread, tomato, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper.
So you be the judge!

Extra Tidbit: There's what I would call a 'special item' needed for this recipe. It's Agar Agar.
The recipe calls for agar agar in powder form. I found a small bag of agar agar flakes at Solomon's Fresh Market in Harbour Bay (for my Bahamian people). Check the ethnic aisle.
